On their farm in Soldotna, Alaska Berries grows all of the berries that they then process into jams, syrups, and wines. Utilizing sustainable practices, they ensure their land will be able to continue its production well into the future.
Alaska Botanicals Herbs and Teas
These teas are produced the old-fashioned way, by collecting berries and herbs from Alaskan valleys and river sides, then combining the raw ingredients by hand with black teas as a base. No artificial flavors are added; the teas highlight Alaska’s bounty of berries and herbs.
Alaska Flour Company
Delta Junction, AK
Alaska Flour Company is a family owned and operated farm and the only commercial flour mill in Alaska. They specialize in stoneground barley flour, which they grow and process entirely on their farmland. Four generations work on the farm that has a commitment to creating healthy options as well as food security for the state.
Alaska Heavenly Honey
Willow, AK and McGrath, AK
Alaska Heavenly Honey cultivates wildflower honey from their many hives both on the road system and in Bush Alaska. The honey is 100% raw, having never been heated above 110 degrees F. Their honey cream is blended with handpicked blueberries from the area surrounding their hives in McGrath.
Since this honey is all natural, crystallization may naturally occur in the liquid honey bottles and honey sticks. To return honey to its complete liquid form, gently warm to around 90 degrees F. Their honey cream should be stored in a cool location or refrigerator to maintain its creamy form.
Alaska Saltworks Company
Alaska Saltworks’ artisan sea salt is harvested and hand-crafted from the pristine waters of Alaska. Every step of craftsmanship – from gathering to solar evaporation, which leaves in trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, among others – is done by hand in small batches. Their salt never interacts with metal, uses no caking agents, and is iodine free. It is 100% natural Alaskan gourmet sea salt and is perfect as a finished salt on just about anything to give your dish a delicious, crisp flavor.
Alaska Seafood Company
The Alaska Seafood Company makes their products from wild Alaskan salmon that swim freely in the icy waters of the Bering Sea, Gulf of Alaska, Southeast Alaska, and the North Pacific Ocean.
Arctic Antler Works
Arctic Antler Works finds moose antlers shed during rut, then cutes them into various shapes suitable for dog chew toys. Antlers are odor – and stain – free, last longer than other chew toys, and are less likely to splinter or chip.
Barnacle harvests kelp from the ocean around Juneau, and uses it to make salsas and pickles.
Chris and Julia have been making Bliss English Toffee from scratch since 1998, adding smiles, laughter, and a few good stories to each batch. The Toffee is made following an old fashioned recipe, hand mixed in a copper pot over an open flame.
Chugach (pronounced CHEW-gatch) Chocolates & Confections hand makes chocolate in small batches at the base of the Chugach mountain range in southcentral Alaska.
DJ’s Sugar Shack
A sweets confectioner based in a quant ski town, all her treats are whipped up in small batches with quality ingredients.
Flying Squirrel Bakery and Cafe
Carved out of the woods in 2009, Flying Squirrel Bakery Café is a family owned and operated bakery and eatery serving pastries, artisan breads and creative savory items year round.
Garden of Ian
Garden of Ian grow cucumers and fruit from seeds in their Anchorage garden to make their pickles and jams. Grown from seed and canned with love from the land of the midnight sun.
Heritage Coffee Company
Established in 1974, Heritage is the oldest privately owned coffee roasting company in Alaska. Using a vintage roaster, they are passionate about roasting and sourcing high quality coffees responsibly. Their longstanding relationships ensure access to fine coffee beans and knowledge that fair practices are upheld. All roasting is done in downtown Juneau.
North Pole Coffee Company

For over twenty years, North Pole Coffee has been roasting in small batches to order, using imported coffee beans from around the world.

Smoked Alaska Seafoods has over 30 years experience in their business. Family owned and operated, everything is done carefully by hand. Located in Wasilla, they have easy and early access to some of Alaska’s best salmon at the peak of their runs, ensuring the freshest wild salmon available.
A restaurant and café in Palmer, Turkey Red is committed to providing fresh, local ingredients in their dishes and bakery options. Over a quarter of the produce they use is from nearby farms.
