We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the US.
An order typically arrives 3 to 5 business days after it is placed.
Of those 3 to 5 business days, preparing and packaging the order for shipping happens in the first 1 to 2 business days, while shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days, though USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and times and shipping can depend greatly on location (e.g., shipments to Anchorage happen as soon as overnight, while rural communities on the U.S. east coast can take 3 or more days).
Once your order is scheduled for shipping (1 to 2 days after the order), you will receive an email from us with a tracking number, which will provide more detailed information regarding estimated delivery.
Should you need any of our items sooner, we’re happy to research and provide overnight or two-day air shipping services. Email us and we’ll research expedited shipping options and rates.
Pick Your Arrival Date
We offer a pick your arrival date option at checkout. To use, in the field where indicated on the cart page, type in the date you wish your order to arrive, and we will do our very best to estimate and ship the order so it arrives close to your selected arrival date (e.g., we’ll ship it 3-5 business days prior to the date you indicate); however, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery dates.

We confirm orders by email and might contact you regarding your order by the information you provide (email, phone, and/or mailing address). We might periodically send a little note about new products or events, however you’ll always have the option to opt out of any communication from us by sending us an email.
We want you to be super happy with your purchase from our website retail store. In the event that your order from our store does not meet your expectations, email us at email@example.com within seven days of receipt noting the issue or reason for return. Ship us back the item(s) and we’ll issue your refund within five business days of receipt.
